Anytime you see a buy/sell/trade listing or online directory listing that you are interested in contacting there is an area to enter your email address and press go. This will take you to a form that you can either send a blind email response to the person/company that has posted this listing. Although we would like to, we cannot guarantee a response to your message from this person/company.

Your second option is to view the contact information for this lead. To view the contact information for any lead/listing or directory you will need credits to do so. This service provides you with the flexibility of purchasing only the leads that you want - when you want them. Our network of sites operate 24 hours 7 days a week and attracts tens of thousands of qualified sales leads, Buy/Sell/Trade submissions and Reply type leads.

• To purchase credits there is a convenient link provided to do so. Please note that when you sign up for credits your email address will be your user id. Credits purchased WILL NOT work with alternate email addresses.
• Each lead/listing or directory will display the number of credits required to view the contact information. Credits are available in various packages. The more credits you purchase the less cost per credit.
  • $25.00 for 20 credits = $1.25 per credit cost
  • $50.00 for 75 credits = $0.67 per credit cost
  • $100.00 for 200 credits = $0.50 per credit cost
  • $250.00 for 750 credits = $0.33 per credit cost
• Once you have credits a page is displayed with the number of credits required to view the contact information for this lead, what the credit balance of your account is and a space to enter your password in order to accept spending these credits for the lead.
• If you have forgotten your password, there is a link below where your password is entered to send for this information. Once you have filled this in, your password is emailed to you.
• After you enter your password and press submit you will be taken to a page that displays the contact information for this lead. Contact information normally includes company name, contact person's name, address, and telephone/fax information.
• At this time you can contact this person/company directly about their listing to make direct arrangements with them on this sale.
• The web site is not a dealer, broker or processor. We are an electronic information service designed to promote trade by bringing buyers and sellers (suppliers) together using the Internet to buy/sell/trade recyclable materials or used items.
• We assume no liability for errors, omissions and/or misinterpretations pertaining to the listings.
• We assume no responsibility for any and all details, agreements, and terms between the buyer and seller.

Terms

• All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Activation of Credits occurs immediately upon receipt of payment in full.

• Unused credits expire after 90 days of account inactivity.
