The goal of this organization is to develop a blues awareness program to educate Americans and people worldwide on the historical and musical value of blues music. To promote an international multi-cultural awareness and appreciation of the music known as the blues. Encourages and rewards originators and presenters of the blues. Educates youth and general public about the blues. Supports and assists organizations engaged in the presentation, preservation and proliferation of the blues.
